Lost or Damaged Photos
Family
Calendar’s liability for lost or damaged photos is limited to the replacement
of one roll of film. For irreplaceable photos please send duplicates.
Copyrighted Photographs & Art
All photographs and other artwork bearing a Copyright require a
'Copyright Release' from
the Copyright holder before we can reproduce the image onto your calendar.
Most photographers will graciously provide a release upon request. The
larger photography studios can provide you with their standard copyright release, or
you can use ours which is provided below. Either is acceptable.
Submit your signed release form(s) to us with your order; or via
fax or mail if your order has already been sent in.
