Holiday Delivery   

We process all orders in the order they are received.  With December being our busiest month it is best to get your order in as early as possible. 

For orders sent in at this time of the year, we recommend FedEx Two-Day Delivery Service to help ensure timely delivery.  FedEx service offers features not available with our standard shipping.  Most notable: FedEx's guaranteed delivery within two business days of shipment (see their site for details), and the package can be tracked from the time it leaves our facility to it's final destination.

Please note when selecting either Two-Day or Overnight Express shipping, this refers to the shipping time and does not include the time it takes us to process and create your calendars.  See the projected turn around time for each product type listed below.

We appreciate most orders are intended as Christmas gifts and we make every effort to get each order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.  Due to the fact each calendar is a custom personalized product, we can not guarantee delivery by a specific date.  However, we do make our best effort and are happy to provide updates on your order's progress.  Just call and ask to check your order's status.

* The projected turn around times listed above are for the first three weeks of December only.  Do not forget to add the delivery time to these estimates.

** December 22nd, 2004 is the last day for packages shipped via FedEx's Two Day service to be shipped and arrive on December 24th. 

*** The 2005 edition of the Outdoor Grandeur calendar arrived 2 weeks late and we expect to have our backlog of these orders caught up by December 7th.

The 'Estimated cut off date' is the date your order needs to be received by us  to ship on or before December 22nd.  Orders received prior to these dates will most likely ship sooner.  This is not a guaranteed date, rather our best estimate as of December 1st, and is subject to change.

For orders received after the cut off dates we make every effort to turn them around as quickly as possible.  Some may ship in time for Christmas, or arrive shortly there after.

Orders are accepted year round and our Photo Calendars can be tailored to start with any month of the year.

Calendar Kits Our calendar kits are a great gift idea that includes everything one needs to create their own personalized calendar.   Simply wrap the kit and give as a gift.  Inside the kit are instructions to follow on assembling the information and pictures needed to create a personalized calendar as well as a pre-addressed envelope for mailing the completed kit.   We then create their calendar and ship their personalized calendar back to them directly. A wonderful gift that will be appreciated all year long! Orders for kits are accepted over the phone, fax, or email with a credit card, and can be shipped the same day!  We will accept orders for calendar kits until 3 PM (PST) on December 22nd, 2004 for same day shipment.
